VIA Complect has several decades of experience in designing and production of molds for aluminium high pressure die-casting. Our team is trained and certified for the latest die casting requirements. 

We strictly use design process flow technology combined with castability studies.

Our studies include gate calculation, filling time calculation, flow rate calculation and thermal layout.

Mold maintenanceMaintenance

Mold maintenance is a critical component of a mold’s lifetime. Thus, VIA Complect is using a strict checklist for preventative, inspection and general maintenance. Moreover, as the die-casting is an inhouse process the routine maintenance is made immediately on site. We are using high quality consumables for surface finishing and special coatings for increasing productivity and production reliability.

As professionals in die casting, we are focused on production of highest precision and quality castings from Aluminum and Zinc based alloys

The Collaboration of our in-house die casting process team, our in-house maintenance team, in-house tool production, and the serial machining of die-castings is the key to our success. 

Our equipment of 2 production lines from 250 to 320 tons, allow us to produce parts in size ranging from a few grams up to around 2 kg.
